Pillow’d is operated by PICKD LABS INC. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit getpillowd.com, use our checkout at checkout.getpillowd.com, place an order, subscribe to emails, or contact us.

Information we collect

If you choose to complete a quiz or provide product preferences, we collect the answers you submit.

Our current setup includes Lovable for our storefront, Shopify for checkout and order management, Klaviyo for email subscriptions and marketing, and Google Workspace for business email and customer support. Shipping carriers receive information needed to deliver orders. Payment providers process transactions through checkout.

These providers may process information for us and, in some circumstances, for their own purposes as described in their notices and the settings applicable to their services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect people and our business, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable requirements.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting hello@getpillowd.com. We may continue sending nonpromotional messages needed for your orders or support requests.

Our email service may use tracking technologies to measure opens and link clicks. Email-provider privacy features can affect those measurements. Unsubscribing stops future promotional messages but does not necessarily erase information we must retain for other legitimate purposes.

Cookies and browser controls

You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls available on our website. Blocking some cookies may affect checkout or other features. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily stop email tracking or delete records already held by our providers.

Some requests are subject to legal exceptions, such as records we must keep for taxes or outstanding orders.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If an appeal right applies, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and processing locations

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
